We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Process:

  1. Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  2. If approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days, minus:
      • A 35% restocking fee.
      • Applicable shipping fees.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
    • If the item was received in good condition, as described, and as ordered.
    • Custom products, personalized items, or personal care goods.
    • Sale or discounted items.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value returns (over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchanges must occur within 14 days of receipt.

  • Eligible items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Restocking Fee

A 35% restocking fee applies to all returns, covering:

  • Restoration of packaging and product resale preparation.
  • Processing and handling costs.
  • Initial shipping costs.

Order Cancellation/Changes

  • Orders canceled before processing will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations or changes after processing/shipping will incur a 35% cancellation/restocking fee.
  • Special/Discounted Orders: Cannot be canceled or changed.
