We ship all orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On weekends and holidays, we are unable to process orders. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We guarantee that orders placed by 11AM EST will be shipped within 5 business days.

Before checking out, please double check your name, shipping address, and other details. Once the transaction has been completed, it cannot be changed or modified. 

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment. 

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

Before contacting us regarding international delivery, please allow up to 30 BUSINESS days. 

Duties, taxes, and charges for importation are not included in the item price or shipping cost; they are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please contact your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before making a purchase. 

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

As part of our Shopify Shipping Support Carriers service, we are currently offering our services to all US States/Provinces and Worldwide. The shipments will be sent by Shopify Support Carriers using DHL, UPS, USPS, and Fedex as the shipping carriers.

 What taxes and customs fees are required for international customers (outside USA)?

All other international shipments are currently delivered duty unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer is responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.  In some cases, your package will be delivered to your local post office. 

SHI is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

• Customers with shipping addresses in the United States who purchase $150 or more will receive FREE shipping
• For international countries we ship to worldwide using USPS, Fedex, UPS.
• Route protection makes delivery issues easier to resolve. If you opt out, SHI is relieved of all shipping-related responsibilities once the carrier picks up your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in error, thus having to automatically cancel your order and refund your purchase price.

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS

In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS or Fedex service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS or Fedex we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS or Fedex. Please contact the nearest USPS or Fedex to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.

ORDER INFORMATION

We accept cash or personal checks.

When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Your payment will be processed once your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax fees. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)

ORDER STATUS

Pending: While your order is processing and payment is being authorized.
Shipped: Once your order has left our warehouse.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information with the details of your order such as your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.

ORDER TRACKING

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item in your
