Our handmade 3-D Flowers are the best way to make your new set stand out! The 3-D Flowers are curved to perfectly fit all nail sizes for easy application.
We recommend using a big bead of acrylic, glue gel, brush on glue or hard gel to adhere the 3-D Flower to the nail. The 3-D Flowers are very thin and easy to encapsulate.
To remove the 3-D Flower, use an old cuticle clipper to clip at the sides until they pop off. Finish the removal with an electric file until it is smooth.
This set includes quantity options of 10, 20 and 50 3-D Flowers.
We ship all orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. On weekends and holidays, we are unable to process orders. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We guarantee that orders placed by 11AM EST will be shipped within 5 business days.

To ensure a safe and productive environment in our distribution centers, we have implemented all the health and safety measures recommended by the CDC, along with additional safeguards. Employees at distribution centers do contactless temperature checks before starting their work, and team members are spaced out accordingly.
As a result of these health and safety precautions, fewer orders are processed at one time than usual. We appreciate our customers' patience if their shipment is delayed. Orders are being shipped as quickly and safely as possible.

As part of our Shopify Shipping Support Carriers service, we are currently offering our services to all US States/Provinces and Worldwide. The shipments will be sent by Shopify Support Carriers using DHL, UPS, USPS, and Fedex as the shipping carriers.
What taxes and customs fees are required for international customers (outside USA)?
All order are delivered duty paid (DDP). Shipping DDP allows duty and taxes to be collected directly at the checkout, so your package does not have to be stopped and held by customs. Customs duties and taxes vary depending on the country and the product.
All other international shipments are currently delivered duty unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer is responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. In some cases, your package will be delivered to your local post office.
SHI is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

- For international countries we ship to worldwide using DHL, Fedex, UPS.
- Route protection makes delivery issues easier to resolve. If you opt out, SHI is relieved of all shipping-related responsibilities once the carrier picks up your order.
Please make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings and other typos will result in error, thus having to automatically cancel your order and refund your purchase price.

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS or Fedex service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS or Fedex we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS or Fedex. Please contact the nearest USPS or Fedex to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.
We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Your payment will be processed once your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax fees. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)

This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-3-5 business days after the order has been placed.
