Important Booking Information

1. Naked Nails Only: Our service requires clean, natural nails. Please soak off any prior enhancements before your appointment. A soak-off service is available for an additional $35+.
2. Time Commitment: Appointments require a minimum of two hours in the salon.
3. Customizations: Additional fees apply for custom nail services, nail art, length, and specific shapes.
4. Deposit Policy: A non-refundable and non-transferable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows.
5. Pricing: Services start at a minimum of $100 and increase based on design intricacy, length, and additional customizations. Final costs will be discussed during the consultation.
6. Payment Options: We accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. Payments via PayPal or debit/credit card will incur a 5% transaction fee.
7. Guests, Pets, and Children: For safety and focus, no pets, children, or extra guests are allowed in the salon.

Deposit Policy:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in a forfeited deposit.

Punctuality: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after this period will incur a $50 late fee or may result in appointment cancellation.

• Nail Damage or Breakage: Potentially caused by weakened natural nails, incorrect aftercare, or external activities such as heavy typing or gardening.
• Allergic Reactions: Possible due to exposure to nail products such as acrylic powders, gels, adhesives, or lotions.
• Product Sensitivity: While SHi® Salon(s) uses high-quality, professional-grade products, individual sensitivities may result in irritation or adverse reactions. If discomfort or an allergic reaction occurs, I agree to discontinue use and seek medical advice.

SHi® Salon(s) will take all reasonable precautions to minimize risks; however, I acknowledge that individual results may vary depending on personal health, lifestyle, and nail care habits.

Hygiene & Sanitation
SHi® Salon(s) is committed to providing services in a safe and clean environment. We:

• Maintain the highest hygiene standards, including sterilizing tools after each use and utilizing disposable items where applicable.
• Encourage clients to report any signs of infection, irritation, or discomfort promptly.

Aftercare Responsibilities
I agree to follow the aftercare instructions provided by my technician, including but not limited to:

• Keeping nails clean and dry.
• Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals.
• Scheduling timely maintenance to prevent issues such as lifting, fungal infections, or breakage.

Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may result in complications, for which SHi® Salon(s) assumes no liability.

Missed or Delayed Appointments
Regular nail appointments every 2-4 weeks are essential to maintain healthy nails and avoid complications. I understand that delaying or missing appointments may result in:

1. Painful breakage or lifting of the nails.
2. Weakening of the natural nail structure.
3. Increased risk of infection from moisture buildup or unaddressed issues.

By delaying appointments, I assume responsibility for any complications that may arise due to neglect or improper maintenance.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy

• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. After three (3) No-Shows, clients may be denied future appointments.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling, depending on the circumstances. Repeated late arrivals may be treated as missed appointments.
• Cancellation and No-Show fees are the responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments.

Refund PolicyDue to the nature of nail services, refunds cannot be provided. However, if a client is dissatisfied with their service, they are encouraged to contact SHi® Salon(s) within 48 hoursto discuss possible solutions, such as adjustments or corrections.

Limitation of Liability
SHi® Salon(s) is not responsible for:

• Loss, injury, or damage caused by unforeseen circumstances, misuse of products after services, pre-existing conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
• Any personal items lost or damaged during salon visits.
