We value your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Unless otherwise noted, your deadline for returning an item is 14 days from the date you received your product.
Exchanges

- Exchanges are permitted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

- You receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Return & 25% Restocking Fee Terms
14-Day Return Policy:
- You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
- All returned items must be in unused and original condition, with all packaging and accessories included.
Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover:
- Packaging damage and restoration of the product for resale.
- Restocking efforts and processing of the return.
- Shipping expenses incurred when sending the product to your original address.
Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your return item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs. on your original payment method within 30 business days.
- Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
