Shipping Policy

 

 At SHi® Professional, we strive to offer swift and reliable delivery services. We endeavor to dispatch shipments on the same or next business day to ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible. All our shipments are trackable, and you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email once your order is packaged.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We provide two shipping methods for your convenience:

  1. Expedited Shipping through express couriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, and Fedex.
  2. Standard Shipping via USPS postal services.

You can select your preferred shipping method and see the associated rates during the order placement process. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship out the following Monday. Orders placed by 11 AM EST will typically ship within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and delivery destination:

  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 4-7 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7-21 business days.

Please note that large order volumes or unforeseen circumstances may result in delays. The precise delivery timeframe will be visible when selecting the delivery method during checkout.

Customs and Duties

For international orders (outside the USA), please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer. SHi® Professional cannot control these charges and is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.

All international shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This means the customer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes upon delivery. In some cases, your package may be delivered to your local post office for collection.

SHi® Professional is not liable for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes, or any other delays once the package has exited the United States. Additionally, we are not responsible for any extra fees, customs, or backend charges incurred after the package has left the USA.

Incorrect Recipient Information

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please double-check your contact and delivery details when placing your order. If you notice any inaccuracies, contact us immediately at info@shiprofessionals.com. We will do our best to correct the information before your order is shipped. 

Shipping Rates

  • Customers with shipping addresses in the United States who purchase $100 or more will receive FREE shipping.
  • For international countries, we ship worldwide using USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Route protection makes delivery issues easier to resolve. If you opt out, SHi® is relieved of all shipping-related responsibilities once the carrier picks up your order.

Shipping Address

  • Please provide accurate city, state, and zip code information. Abbreviations, misspellings, and other errors may result in order cancellation and refund.

Order Information

  • We accept the following payment methods:PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express™, Discover, and Online Store Credit.
  • When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Your payment will be processed once your order is shipped.
  • Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to process the order correctly.

Order Status

  • Pending: Your order is processing, and payment is being authorized.
  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse.

Order Confirmation

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, product details, shipping method, and billing information.

Order Tracking

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with shipment details, tracking number, and a link to the carrier’s site.

Changes & Cancellations

  • To cancel your order, contact us at info@shiprofessionals.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel or accept changes.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SHi® Professionals is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

We recommend:

  • Checking your mailbox, front door, and surrounding areas
  • Asking household members or neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office

Missing or Delivered-Not-Received Packages

If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package:

  1. Contact the carrier directly:
    • USPS: 1-800-275-8777
  2. Request a Missing Mail Investigation
  3. Provide:
    • Full name
    • Shipping address
    • Tracking number
    • Package contents

Once a case is opened, please send us your case number so we can continue assisting you.

Return to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is marked Return to Sender (RTS):

  • This means the carrier was unable to complete delivery
  • The package will be returned through the carrier’s network

⚠️ Please note:

  • Return transit times are not guaranteed
  • It may take several days to several weeks
  • SHi® does not receive real-time updates during this process

Once the package is received back at our facility:

  • We will inspect it
  • Contact you immediately
  • Arrange reshipment

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will follow the carrier’s required timeline before filing a claim
  • Claims may take up to 14 business days for resolution

Once approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Full refund

Need Your Order Sooner?

If you prefer not to wait for the carrier investigation:

You may choose to:

  • Place a new order immediately

Once the original package is confirmed lost or returned:

  • We will issue a refund for your original order

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the package and items

We will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Responsibility

While we work closely with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, shipping is handled by third-party providers.

SHi® Professionals is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

However, we are committed to:

  • Assisting you through the process
  • Providing guidance and support
