We currently offer one shipping method to all U.S states/province. All shipments are sent through FedEx Express 2-Day Shipping. Sorry, we can only ship to one address per order. We DO NOT offer shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands or international at this time.

MISSING/LOST PACKAGES, DAMAGED/STOLEN ITEMS
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, we cannot be responsible for packages once in the possession of the USPS or Fedex service. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged by USPS or Fedex we cannot replace the items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS or Fedex. Please contact the nearest USPS or Fedex to resolve any shipment issues. We only have the capacity to track your package.
ORDER INFORMATION
We do not accept cash or personal checks. Our pricing is based on the SRP (suggested retail price) of the Manufacturer.
When your credit card is authorized, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Your payment will be processed once your order is shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax fees. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid abbreviations unless that is how this information appears on your statement. (Contact your financial institution to verify the exact billing address of your credit card account.)

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you have successfully placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information with the details of your order such as your order number (the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method. This order confirmation e-mail is your receipt and can be printed for your records.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. Most orders ship within 1-3-5 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, the tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
